- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including media outlets, industry influencers, and seller associations.
- Proactively identify potential PR risks and develop crisis communication plans to mitigate any negative impact on the brand.
- Act as the main point of contact for all media inquiries related to seller experience and effectively manage and respond to these inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships with sellers and promote our marketplace.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all external communications related to seller experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve seller communication channels to enhance the overall seller experience.
- Act as an ambassador for Amazon's core values of customer obsession, innovation, and excellence in all external communications.
Bachelor's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Public Relations, Communications, Or Marketing, Preferably In A Corporate Or Agency Setting.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messaging And Communicate Effectively With Diverse Audiences.
Strong Understanding Of Media Relations And Experience Pitching And Securing Media Coverage.
Experience Managing And Executing Successful Pr Campaigns, Including Developing Strategies, Managing Budgets, And Measuring Results.
