  1. Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to protect company assets and reduce losses.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify potential areas of risk and implement proactive measures to mitigate losses.
  3. Conduct investigations into incidents of theft, fraud, and other security-related incidents.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and HR, to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Train and educate employees on loss prevention best practices, policies, and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related incidents and investigations.
  8. Communicate effectively with all levels of management to provide updates on loss prevention efforts and recommend improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  10. Respond to and manage emergency situations, such as accidents, injuries, or security breaches, in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with law enforcement and other external partners as needed.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols and promote a culture of safety within the organization.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve loss prevention processes and procedures.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Loss Prevention Or Security In A Retail Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Security Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team And Interact With Customers.
