- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and develop measurement plans.
- Apply advanced econometric techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and make informed recommendations for optimization.
- Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in measurement and optimization to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of economists to drive innovative solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Work closely with advertising partners to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on how to achieve them.
- Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with other teams to implement changes.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all analyses and recommendations.
Advanced Degree In Economics Or A Related Field, With A Strong Background In Statistical And Econometric Analysis.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Retail Or E-Commerce Industry.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Modeling Tools, Such As Sql, R, Or Python.
Demonstrated Experience In Designing And Implementing Campaigns, As Well As Measuring And Optimizing Their Impact.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
