HR Generalist
Understand core business objectives and how HR goals link to business priorities. Manage and facilitate the Irvine and San Diego New Hire Orientation and onboarding process, in coordination with business leaders, facilities, recruiting and security. Support people managers through a wide variety of employee related matters. Interpret policies and procedures and applies judgment of application for the business. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve processes for the HR team. Conduct exit interviews; review and analyze attrition data, to identify opportunities to improve.
2-5 years HR generalist experience in a fast paced, quickly changing and highly ambiguous environment
