  1. Manage the end-to-end supply chain for PAC Electrical products, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the growth and expansion of Amazon's operations.
  3. Identify and build relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  4. Monitor supplier performance and proactively address any issues to maintain high levels of quality and service.
  5. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes.
  7. Analyze and report on supply chain KPIs to continuously improve efficiency and drive results.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  9. Train and mentor team members to develop a high-performing and results-driven team.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align on priorities and resolve issues.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve supply chain operations.
  13. Manage budget and expenses related to supply chain activities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  15. Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed on market trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Management, Preferably In The Electrical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Operations, Including Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics, And Inventory Management.

  • Experience With Negotiating Contracts And Managing Supplier Relationships On A Global Scale.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions And Implement Process Improvements.
