Finance Manager

This role will partner across the Americas Finance team to manage and drive operational metrics and financial results. In addition to regular reporting, you will be involved in both initiating and supporting new projects and initiatives across the Worldwide Customer Service Finance team. Overseeing all financial planning and reporting activities for Americas CS Operations, including the annual planning cycles and ensuring accurate forecasts are built by the team. Continuous reporting inn ovation and automation. Approving contracts, asset acquisitions, expenditures and headcount against approved plans. Continuously seeking out opportunities for customer experience improvements and cost reduction, and partnering with operations leadership to implement the opportunities. Sourcing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data; perform ad hoc analyses. Driving continuous improvement and communication to both your operations & other business partners. Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Operations on improving and creating new measures.
