  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers to drive business growth and retention.
  2. Understand the unique needs and challenges of each customer and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience, including product, marketing, and technical teams.
  4. Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Amazon's products and services to existing customers.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to identify potential new customers and develop strategies to win their business.
  6. Create and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed performance metrics.
  7. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry and leverage these relationships to generate new business.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on account activity, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on Amazon's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  10. Stay informed on Amazon's latest offerings and innovations and proactively educate customers on how these can benefit their business.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Amazon, representing our company and values in all interactions with customers and partners.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Account Management, Preferably In A Technology Or E-Commerce Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Enterprise Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of Amazon's Products And Services, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Articulate Their Value To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
