  1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and policies that align with Amazon's mission to be the most customer-centric company.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  3. Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
  4. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential legal risks.
  5. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  6. Provide coaching and training to managers on effective employee relations practices, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  7. Analyze employee relations trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  10. Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new employees, ensuring they are aware of company policies and procedures.
  11. Assist with employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and productive work culture.
  12. Handle employee separations and terminations, ensuring they are handled in a fair and consistent manner.
  13. Serve as a mediator in employee conflicts and provide guidance on resolution strategies.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  15. Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement of employee relations processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Hr Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Specifically Related To Employee Relations.

  • Strong Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Previous Experience In A Large, Fast-Paced Organization, Preferably In The Technology Or E-Commerce Industry.
