Serve as the single threaded leader for WW Consumer DEI Learning & Development. Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to integrate DEI content and manage the execution of large-scale learning programs across WW Consumer. Partner with various stakeholders to develop an Inclusive Workplace Learning series. Engage with DEI stakeholders in a consultative way to identify and efficiently meet the learning needs of Amazonians. Actively seek opportunities to improve the effectiveness of learning in development programs, including experimenting with different learning modalities. Ensure all aspects of our learning programs are running smoothly and according to plan. Establish a comprehensive set of metrics to measure the impact of our programs in driving inclusive behaviors. Develop mechanisms to gather feedback and plans to analyze, prioritize, and implement changes according to our learning roadmap.
