  9. Identify and resolve any design-related issues or roadblocks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  10. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the design program.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
  12. Collaborate with external design agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement the internal design team's capabilities.
  13. Monitor and analyze design program metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  14. Ensure all design work meets Amazon's brand guidelines and standards.
  15. Uphold a high level of professionalism, integrity, and quality in all aspects of the design program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Design, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Or Program Management, Preferably In A Design Or Technology Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Processes And Methodologies, With Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Design Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Design Projects On Time And Within Budget, While Maintaining High Quality Standards.
