  1. Utilize data and analytics: Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to extract valuable insights and make data-driven decisions.
  2. Drive business decisions: Use data and insights to inform business strategy and drive key decisions that will impact the success of Amazon's marketplace.
  3. Analyze and interpret data: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that will drive business growth.
  4. Develop data models: Develop and maintain data models and algorithms to support various business initiatives and improve the overall efficiency of the marketplace.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and marketing to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with company goals.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate marketplace performance to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
  7. Communicate insights: Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using data visualizations and other communication methods.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the e-commerce industry, particularly in regards to data analytics and insights.
  9. Maintain data integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing proper quality controls and data governance processes.
  10. Collaborate on projects: Work on special projects and initiatives as needed, collaborating with team members and providing data support and insights.
  11. Mentor junior team members: Share knowledge and expertise with junior team members to help them develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  12. Uphold company values: Uphold Amazon's values of customer obsession, ownership, and innovation in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Data Analysis And Statistical Modeling Techniques, Such As Regression, Clustering, And Machine Learning.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, And Sql, And Experience Working With Large Datasets And Data Visualization Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of The E-Commerce Industry And The Ability To Use Data To Drive Insights And Inform Business Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Data Findings To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Data Science Or Analytics Role.
