
Customer Success Manager, Brand Pilot

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the main point of contact for all their needs and concerns.
- Work closely with brand partners to understand their goals and objectives, and provide strategic guidance and support to help them achieve success on the Amazon platform.
- Monitor and analyze brand partners' performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding, launch, and ongoing support for brand partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Amazon's e-commerce platform and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Identify and proactively address potential issues or challenges that may impact our brand partners' success on the platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews with brand partners to discuss their performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any concerns or challenges.
- Utilize data and analytics to track progress and create reports to share with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to brand partners, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience for our brand partners.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Customer Success Manager At Amazon Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Other Stakeholders.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills: A Customer Success Manager Must Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Customer Issues Quickly And Efficiently. This Requires Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Think Creatively To Find Solutions.
Experience In Customer Relationship Management: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record In Managing Customer Relationships And Delivering High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction. This Includes Experience In Handling Difficult Or Sensitive Customer Situations.
