Job Description

This position will be responsible for leading teams to build new and maintain existing curriculum content. Some offerings are part of larger specialty programs designed for specific learner audiences. You will have the opportunity to help define and execute the strategy for these programs. Manage a high performing direct team of technical curriculum developers and instructional designers, working on projects to build high quality learning content that prepares learners for solutions-focused roles. Communicate with the Publishing, Marketing, Engineering, Training Delivery, and Sales teams regarding project status and timelines. Provide stakeholder and team communication across all projects. Identify process improvement strategies to expedite the production of technical training curricula or improve the quality of materials being delivered.

Job Qualifications
  • 5+ years in people management with experience managing and developing a diverse, geographically dispersed team

  • 5+ years in project, program or product management with focus on technical education programs, including course development or instructional design

  • Operations management experience in a ticket-driven workload.

  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering instructional materials for technical content.
