Content Designer (UX Writer)

Content designers help translate complex concepts into microcopy. You will work with a world-class team of creatives and builders (e.g., UX Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers) to create front-end patterns that will form a baseline for content design. In this role, you’ll combine copy writing skills with a passion for user experience to help your team improve the designs of products that are used by billions of users. Help to define the practice of content design in our organization. Work with Design and Engineering to influence product strategy and deliver precise UX guidelines and patterns. You will maintain and evolve AWS Design System content writing guidelines. You will collaborate with the AWS Documentation team to write, edit, and improve UI text for AWS customers. You will analyze the existing content of the AWS UIs and create content inventories. Contribute to the professional development of colleagues across the UX team, improving their UX writing skills, knowledge, and best practices.
