- Lead the development and implementation of strategic communication and content strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Monitor and analyze communication and content metrics to continuously improve effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in communication and content strategy.
- Manage and mentor a team of communication and content professionals.
- Ensure all communication and content adhere to brand and style guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate communication and content for product launches, events, and other key initiatives.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform communication and content strategy.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication and content strategy and drive innovation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for media inquiries and manage media relationships.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to support communication and content initiatives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Executing Content Strategy For A Large Organization.
Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Content Creators And Strategists.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Content For Various Channels And Audiences.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing And Social Media Platforms, With Experience In Leveraging Them To Drive Engagement And Brand Awareness.
