- Manage and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external partners to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's messaging is relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop opportunities for thought leadership and storytelling.
- Manage and mentor a team of communications and content professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and other public speaking opportunities to promote the brand and establish thought leadership.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to any potential issues or crises in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon communication and content strategies to drive results and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and key messages to effectively communicate them to various audiences.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align communications and content strategies with overall business goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications and content adhere to company branding guidelines and standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications, Content Strategy, Or Related Role.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Communication And Content Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Digital And Social Media Platforms, As Well As Experience In Managing And Analyzing Data.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Craft Compelling Messages For Various Audiences.
