
Cloud Technical Account Manager , Strategic Industries

- Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic industry customers, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our cloud services.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the implementation, optimization, and management of their cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon, such as sales, product, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Understand and stay up-to-date on new cloud technologies and trends, and proactively share this knowledge with customers to help them stay competitive.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues for customers, working closely with our support team to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on our cloud services and how to best utilize them.
- Conduct regular account reviews with customers to assess their current and future needs and identify opportunities for growth and upselling.
- Act as a customer advocate within Amazon, providing feedback and recommendations to improve our products and services based on customer needs and feedback.
- Stay organized and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and contribute to the growth and success of the Strategic Industries division.
