  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Industries customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored support and guidance.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address customer challenges and drive business growth.
  4. Utilize your expert knowledge of cloud computing and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities for customers to optimize their use of Amazon's cloud services.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and recommendations to help them achieve their business goals.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends to better understand customer needs and drive innovation.
  8. Take ownership of customer issues and work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Strategic Industries market.
  10. Represent Amazon at industry events and conferences to promote our cloud services and build brand awareness.
