  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic industry clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to clients on their cloud adoption and migration strategies, leveraging your knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical teams, and project managers, to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience.
  4. Proactively identify and address any technical or operational issues that may arise, using your problem-solving skills to find efficient solutions.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion of services.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon's cloud services and offerings, staying up-to-date on new developments and updates.
  7. Act as a spokesperson and advocate for the company, promoting the benefits and value of cloud services to clients and potential customers.
  8. Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and developments, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and increase efficiency.
  13. Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their growth and development.
