  2. Proactively identify customer needs and provide recommendations on how to optimize their cloud journey with AWS, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Amazon to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  4. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with AWS solutions and services.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with customers to provide updates on their cloud usage, identify areas for improvement, and showcase the value of AWS.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the cloud industry, and share your knowledge and expertise with customers through webinars, workshops, and other events.
  7. Act as a liaison between customers and AWS product teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to help shape the future of AWS services.
  8. Effectively manage customer expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling AWS services.
  9. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.
