  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud solutions for our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis of customer usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  4. Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cloud optimization to continuously improve our services.
  6. Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for cloud optimization, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and customers.
  8. Monitor and track customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and take necessary actions to address any concerns.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling cloud optimization services.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Provide training and support to internal teams on cloud optimization best practices.
  12. Participate in conferences and events to represent Amazon and showcase our cloud optimization capabilities.
  13. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
  14. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide updates on cloud optimization initiatives.
  15. Contribute to the development of new cloud optimization products and services to meet changing customer needs.

Job Qualifications

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Computing Platforms: A Successful Cloud Optimization Success Solutions Architect At Amazon Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Cloud Computing Platforms, Including Amazon Web Services (Aws), Microsoft Azure, And Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Cloud Infrastructure: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing And Implementing Cloud Infrastructure Solutions, Including Serverless Architectures, Containers, And Virtual Machines.
