Business Intelligence Engineer, Hiring Intelligence Team
You’ll develop world-class analytical products that achieve Amazon level scale. You will develop BI tools and products that drive Amazon recruiting teams. We are building new tools and reporting and are empowered to make technology decisions and utilize the latest AWS technology. You will be closely working with Recruiting leaders to partner and influence their decision making through data insights. These models you build will drive real-world decisions and will integrate with operational systems--with the help of our team of BI Engineers, Data Scientists, Economists, Data Engineers, and Software Development Engineers.
6+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer in the data/BI space
Proficiency with quantitative analysis and knowledge of working with complex databases
Experience in performing data dive deeps, deriving metrics and conducting statistical analyses
