  1. Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify customer trends and preferences in shopping behavior.
  2. Utilize data insights to develop and propose new visual concepts and features to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and engineering to bring new visual concepts to life.
  4. Monitor and track the performance of visual innovations, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Use data and analytics to identify areas for optimization and drive continuous improvement in the customer experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for staying ahead in the market.
  7. Communicate and present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions based on customer insights.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs related to visual innovations.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and revenue growth.
  11. Collaborate with the product team to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of new visual concepts.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  13. Foster a data-driven culture within the team and company, promoting the use of data to drive business decisions.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and workflows for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In A Visual Innovation Or Design-Focused Role.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
