  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of data and trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement within AWS Global Demand & Operations.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize demand forecasting and operations processes, driving efficiency and scalability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify key insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and drive decision making.
  5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in demand forecasting and operations management.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on AWS products and services, providing insights and guidance to stakeholders.
  7. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to gather, clean, and analyze data for accurate and meaningful reporting.
  8. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges in order to meet business objectives.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  11. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure alignment and support for business goals.
  12. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all analyses and deliverables.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance.
  14. Act as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst Or In A Similar Role.

  • Proficiency In Using Aws Tools And Services, Such As Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, And Amazon Emr.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Manipulate Large Datasets.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Stakeholders.
