AWS Partner Program Manager
In this role, you will streamline our existing Partner programs and processes in order to maximize Partner experience. You will work cross-functionally with AWS partner and technical teams, Program Managers, Sales and Biz Dev leaders to enable their strategies, scope, build and reinforce requirements for programs utilized by our teams. You must have an understanding of AWS Services and can work with technical stakeholders to define systems/tooling needs for processes and/or programs. Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we’re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our senior members enjoy one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews.
7+ years of work experience with solid career progression in process improvement or program management
Experience working with channel or alliance partners to solve customers’ business needs
Understanding of partner/channel relationships and sales strategies
Demonstrated experience in public sector
