  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue for the AWS enterprise cloud business.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions.
  3. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve team and individual sales goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
  5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to develop sales strategies and differentiate Amazon’s offerings.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make informed business decisions.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon’s products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and updates.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to both internal teams and external customers.
