  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and success for our enterprise cloud business.
  2. Lead and manage a team of AWS sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve individual and team targets.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier enterprise customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for AWS services.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer success.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
  8. Foster a culture of customer obsession and innovation within the sales team.
  9. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with customers and partners.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
