  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and market share for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the enterprise market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, utilizing data and analytics to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and potential enterprise customers.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive individual and team success.
  8. Represent Amazon and AWS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  9. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on AWS products, services, and solutions, effectively communicating their value to enterprise customers.
  11. Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitors’ activities to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Sales Leadership: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Leadership, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth And Managing High-Performing Sales Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Aws Services And Solutions: As An Enterprise Senior Sales Leader, The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Knowledge Of Aws Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of How These Solutions Can Address The Needs And Challenges Of Enterprise Customers.

  • Proven Success In Consultative Selling: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Lead Complex, Consultative Sales Cycles And Sell To C-Suite Executives. They Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Customers, Stakeholders, And Internal Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Effectively Articulate The Value Proposition Of Aws To Different Audiences.
