  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within large enterprise accounts.
  2. Understand the business objectives and needs of the stakeholders and present customized solutions to meet their specific needs.
  3. Drive the adoption and growth of Amazon's cloud computing services within assigned enterprise accounts.
  4. Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and targets.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on how to leverage AWS services to meet their business objectives.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
  7. Continuously monitor and analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to identify potential growth opportunities.
  9. Proactively identify and address customer concerns, and serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and escalations.
  10. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and opportunities.
  11. Communicate regularly with management and provide detailed reports on account activities, progress, and challenges.
  12. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote AWS services and generate new business leads.
  13. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Amazon's products, services, and solutions, and how they can benefit enterprise customers.
  14. Work collaboratively with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience and exceed customer expectations.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Aws Products And Services: An Aws Enterprise Account Manager Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Aws Platform And Its Various Products And Services. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, Infrastructure, And Application Services.

  • Proven Track Record In Sales And Account Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Successful Track Record In Sales And Account Management. This Includes Experience In Managing Large Enterprise Accounts And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Enterprise Account Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Ability To Understand And Analyze Customer Needs: A Key Responsibility Of An Enterprise Account Manager Is To Understand The Business Needs Of The Customer And Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Those Needs.
