  1. Provide technical support for all audio visual equipment and systems used within the company.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to AV equipment, including but not limited to projectors, sound systems, video conferencing tools, and other AV devices.
  3. Monitor the performance and functionality of AV equipment and ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  4. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with other technology infrastructure.
  5. Train and educate employees on how to effectively use AV equipment and troubleshoot basic issues.
  6. Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements.
  7. Maintain an inventory of all AV equipment and ensure proper storage and organization.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to all employees and promptly respond to any AV-related inquiries or concerns.
  9. Create and maintain documentation for AV equipment, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  10. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and presentations that require AV support.
  11. Follow company policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of AV equipment.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors for equipment repairs and maintenance, as needed.
  13. Participate in regular meetings and trainings to stay informed of company updates and changes related to AV equipment.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized AV support area and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
  15. Adhere to company security protocols and safeguard all AV equipment and systems from potential threats or breaches.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Audio Visual Support, Preferably In A Corporate Or Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Audio Visual Equipment, Including Projectors, Microphones, And Video Conferencing Systems.

  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Provide Support To Non-Technical Users.
