  1. Conduct data analysis and use machine learning techniques to drive data-informed decisions for the Sponsored Products marketplace.
  2. Collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business growth.
  3. Utilize expertise in statistics, machine learning, and data mining to identify patterns and insights within large datasets.
  4. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analysis and machine learning.
  6. Design experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of new solutions.
  7. Use programming languages such as Python or R to build and implement models and algorithms.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  9. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols in all aspects of work.
  11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and tools.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing models and algorithms.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert in e-commerce and advertising, and apply that knowledge to drive business growth.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  15. Collaborate with other teams within Amazon to share knowledge and best practices.
