
Account Manager, Life Sciences

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and provide excellent customer service to ensure their success.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to better understand client needs and provide valuable insights.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Act as a representative of Amazon's Life Sciences team, promoting our brand and values.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the division.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry
Strong Understanding Of Life Sciences Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Portfolio Of Key Accounts
Demonstrated Success In Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
