In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the life sciences industry.
  2. Understand the unique needs of each client and provide excellent customer service to ensure their success.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to better understand client needs and provide valuable insights.
  7. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions.
  9. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  10. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  12. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential clients.
  13. Act as a representative of Amazon's Life Sciences team, promoting our brand and values.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
  15. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Life Sciences Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Life Sciences Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Competitive Landscape

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Portfolio Of Key Accounts

  • Demonstrated Success In Driving Revenue Growth And Achieving Sales Targets In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
