
Associate Manager Consumer & Marketplace Insights
Responsible for managing CMI research compliance processes to ensure the protection of human subjects and data integrity. Provide policy and procedure updates, training and audit coordination. Supply compliance qualification and audit coordination. Ensure alignment between CMI and Altria’s Consumer Opinion Center’s policies and procedures. Monitor and ensure that Consumer Opinion Center research services are compliant and provide for quality research findings. Lead CMI information management infrastructure, to include guidance, training, site permissions and audit coordination. Coordinate and manage the CMI budget. Provide basic analytical support to research study leaders. Monitor and report on sensory panel performance.
3 years of relevant consumer experience (quality assurance, CPG industry or pharma experience a plus)
Experience in both quantitative and qualitative primary research methods is a plus
Experience in basic statistics (e.g., ANOVA and pos-hoc comparisons such as (Tukey’s)
