The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive customer experience, and leading a team of customer-focused team members. As a leader, the Store Manager should have a clear understanding of operational fundamentals, clear communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. To be successful in this role, the Store Manager should have a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
