Job Description

We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and lead our store in creating an environment that captures our company's spirit. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for yoga and the Alo Yoga lifestyle. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive customer experience, and leading a team of customer-focused team members. As a leader, the Store Manager should have a clear understanding of operational fundamentals, clear communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team. To be successful in this role, the Store Manager should have a minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
