At Alo Yoga, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for yoga and fitness. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing our store operations and leading our team to ensure exceptional customer service and a great shopping experience.To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of retail experience and a keen understanding of fashion and consumer trends. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing a team, with the ability to motivate, train, and develop employees to reach their full potential. Additionally, you must have strong business acumen and possess a strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and store financials.If you are a motivated and inspiring leader who is eager to join a dynamic team and drive results, we want to hear from you.
