Alo Yoga is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Sales & Service Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with a passion for yoga, strong communication and customer service skills, and a proven track record of sales success.The Sales & Service Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service to our customers. This key role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage sales and customer interactions, while providing an exceptional customer experience.Required qualifications include:• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills• Knowledge of yoga and fitness trends• Working knowledge of retail POS systems• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsIf you are an experienced, enthusiastic and customer service oriented individual, we want to hear from you!
