Job Description

At Alo Yoga, we are looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to guide our team and operations in the right direction. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in our business and to drive the operational performance of our organization. We are looking for an individual who has experience in operational management, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and has the ability to anticipate and solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, prioritize tasks, and manage resources to achieve desired results. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of operations management experience and a proven track record of success in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is preferred. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with staff and customers, and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
