This is where you come in - as a Senior Developer for Workday Integrations, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing and implementing integrations to support our Workday HCM and Financials systems.   1. Design and develop integrations for Workday HCM and Financials systems to support business processes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of complex integrations to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
  4. Stay current on the latest Workday updates and technologies to ensure the most effective and innovative solutions are being implemented.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of integrations.
  6. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure integrations meet business requirements and are error-free.
  7. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance system performance and functionality.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  9. Keep accurate documentation of all integrations and changes made to ensure proper maintenance and support.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze integrations to proactively identify and resolve any potential issues.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports on integration progress and performance to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure Ally Financial remains at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience With Workday Integration Tools: A Qualified Candidate For A Workday Integrations - Senior Developer Job At Ally Financial Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Workday's Integration Tools, Such As Workday Studio, Eib, And Report Designer. They Should Also Have Experience With Web Services, Apis, And Data Mapping.

  • Strong Technical Background: The Role Of A Senior Workday Integrations Developer Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Experience With Programming Languages Such As Java, Xml, And Xslt. Knowledge Of Database Structures And Sql Is Also Essential.

  • Experience With End-To-End Integration Projects: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering End-To-End Integration Projects. This Includes Designing, Developing, Testing, And Deploying Integrations Within The Workday Environment.

  • Ability To Troubleshoot And Problem-Solve: Workday Integrations - Senior Developers Should Have Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills. They Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Integration Issues Quickly And Efficiently, And Have A Strong Understanding Of Workday's Error Handling And Debugging Tools.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Role, This Position Will Require Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, And Other Technical Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts And Work Together To Achieve Project Goals.
