- Accurately process vehicle titles for customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and files of title documents.
- Verify all necessary information and documentation for title processing.
- Communicate with customers to obtain missing or incorrect information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any title processing issues.
- Stay updated on state-specific title regulations and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service to assist with any title-related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Experience In Title Processing: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Processing Titles For Various Types Of Vehicles, Such As Cars, Trucks, And Motorcycles.
Knowledge Of State Title Regulations: As A Financial Institution, Ally Financial Operates In Multiple States, So Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State-Specific Title Regulations And Requirements.
Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Titles Processor Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As Any Errors Or Discrepancies In Title Processing Can Lead To Legal And Financial Consequences For The Company.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Involves Frequent Communication With Customers, Dealerships, And Internal Team Members, So Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.
