  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party relationships to identify potential risks and areas of vulnerability.
  2. Develop and implement testing and monitoring strategies to proactively identify and address potential risks.
  3. Monitor and track third-party risk metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure third-party relationships are aligned with the company's risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews of third-party contracts and agreements to identify any potential risks.
  6. Analyze data and information to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to ensure open communication and effective risk management.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of risk management training programs for employees.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate any potential risks or issues to management for timely resolution.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  12. Continuously review and update third-party risk management policies and procedures to ensure they align with industry standards and best practices.
  13. Utilize risk assessment tools and technology to efficiently and effectively manage third-party risk.
  14. Assist with the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
  15. Handle any other tasks or responsibilities related to third-party risk management as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Tprm Testing And Monitoring Analyst At Ally Financial Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, And Data Privacy Laws.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Risks And Perform Thorough Assessments Of Third-Party Vendors. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Appropriate Recommendations.

  • Experience With Tprm Tools And Processes: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Tprm Tools And Processes, Such As Vendor Risk Assessment Questionnaires, Due Diligence Reviews, And Ongoing Monitoring. This Includes Familiarity With Industry Best Practices And Standards.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Tprm Testing And Monitoring Analyst Will Need To Collaborate With Various Teams, Including Vendors And Internal Stakeholders. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Effectively Conveying Risk Assessments And Recommendations.

  • Attention To Detail And Organizational Skills: The Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Strong Organizational Skills To Manage And Track Multiple Vendors And Their Associated Risks. The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines Is Also Crucial For Success In This Role.
