  1. Lead and manage a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical systems.
  2. Develop and implement SRE strategy to support the evolving needs of the business.
  3. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and drive operational excellence.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on business operations.
  5. Continuously assess and improve the reliability and performance of systems through monitoring, testing, and proactive maintenance.
  6. Identify and implement automation and efficiency opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.
  7. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in SRE to make recommendations for improving our systems and processes.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management, providing regular updates on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for SRE processes and procedures.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the SRE team.
  11. Collaborate with other teams to implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  12. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in all SRE processes and procedures.
  13. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
