
Sr. Dealer Training Specialist, F&I Dealer Products & Services

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our network of dealerships on Ally Financial's F&I products and services.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to educate dealers on the features, benefits, and selling points of our financial solutions.
- Create training materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals, to support the training programs.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of training programs to ensure dealers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively sell Ally Financial's products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on new product launches, updates, and changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- Provide ongoing support to dealers by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing additional training as needed.
- Track and report on training completion and effectiveness to measure the impact of training programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to F&I products and services to continuously enhance training programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on F&I products and services, providing guidance and support to internal teams and dealers.
- Represent Ally Financial at industry events, conferences, and dealer meetings to promote our products and services and provide training opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with our network of dealerships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to dealer training and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Automotive Industry: A Sr. Dealer Training Specialist At Ally Financial Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry, Including Sales, Finance, And Insurance. They Should Also Have Experience Working In F&I Departments And With Various Dealer Products And Services.
Proven Track Record In Training And Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Training And Developing F&I Professionals And Dealership Staff. This Includes Creating Training Programs, Delivering Engaging Presentations, And Measuring The Impact Of Training On Performance.
Strong Knowledge Of F&I Products And Services: The Role Requires A Thorough Understanding Of The Various F&I Products And Services Offered By Ally Financial. This Includes Extended Warranties, Gap Insurance, And Other Finance And Insurance Options. The Candidate Should Also Be Familiar With The Competitive Landscape And Industry Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sr. Dealer Training Specialist, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences, Including Dealership Staff And Executives. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Analyze Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations: The Candidate Should Be Able To Analyze Data Related To Training Effectiveness, Market Trends, And Dealership Performance To Make Strategic Recommendations For Improving Training Programs And Driving Sales. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision Making.
