
Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Operations

- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and optimize processes.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform supply chain decisions.
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
- Train and mentor junior analysts to ensure a high-performing supply chain team.
- Use data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on supply chain performance and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on supply chain regulations and compliance requirements.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to track and report on supply chain costs.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive company-wide improvements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Advanced Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, And Logistics.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
