  1. Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify key business insights and trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
  3. Utilize various tools and techniques to clean, organize, and analyze large datasets.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making processes.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
  8. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
  11. Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for the Enterprise Data and Analytics team.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  13. Adhere to data privacy and security policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek ways to enhance data analysis and reporting processes.
  15. Provide support for data-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Data Analysis Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Financial Services Setting. They Should Be Adept At Utilizing Various Tools And Techniques To Gather, Analyze, And Interpret Large Sets Of Data To Identify Patterns And Insights.

  • Solid Knowledge Of Enterprise Data Management: A Senior Analyst In This Role Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Data Management Principles And Practices. They Should Be Familiar With Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, And Data Integration Techniques To Ensure The Accuracy And Reliability Of Data.

  • Proficiency In Analytics Tools: The Candidate Must Be Proficient In Using Analytics Tools Such As Sql, Python, And R, To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets. They Should Also Have Experience With Data Visualization Tools Like Tableau Or Power Bi To Present Insights In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Strong Business Acumen: A Successful Senior Analyst In This Role Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And Be Able To Understand The Needs And Goals Of The Organization. They Should Be Able To Translate Business Questions Into Data Requirements And Provide Actionable Recommendations To Drive Business Growth And Improve Decision-Making.

  • Team Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Team Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Analysts, Providing Guidance And Support To Help Them Reach Their Full Potential. They Should Also Have Experience In Project Management And Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
