
Senior Analyst- Employee Experience Design and Research

- Lead the Employee Experience Design and Research team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee experience.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand employee needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Utilize design thinking principles to develop creative solutions that improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and leadership, to gather insights and implement changes that positively impact the employee experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to bring in new ideas and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to employee experience and incorporate them into the design and research process.
- Utilize various research methodologies, such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews, to gather data and insights.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving employee experience.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of employee experience initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in employee experience design and research.
- Continuously strive to improve and innovate the employee experience by seeking feedback and implementing improvements.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Employee Experience Design And Research, With A Focus On Employee Engagement And Retention.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making, Including Proficiency In Statistical Analysis And Research Methodologies.
Ability To Lead And Manage Complex Projects, Including Conducting Interviews, Surveys, And Focus Groups To Gather Insights And Develop Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Findings And Recommendations To Senior Leadership And Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
