
Senior Analyst- Compliance (Privacy Experience Required)

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant compliance and privacy regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and communicate any updates or potential impact to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure company compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy regulations, including data protection and security measures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on privacy and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses for any compliance incidents or breaches and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to respond to any privacy-related inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to privacy and compliance, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on compliance and privacy regulations, ensuring a strong understanding of requirements and procedures within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all compliance and privacy activities and processes.
- Communicate regularly with senior management regarding compliance risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Accounting, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Privacy, Or Risk Management.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Consumer Privacy, Including Glba, Ccpa, And Gdpr.
Experience Developing And Implementing Privacy Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
