- Utilize advanced analytical and statistical techniques to analyze large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define key performance metrics and develop data-driven solutions to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and communicate key performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on market trends and industry best practices to inform business strategies.
- Utilize various software and tools to collect, organize, and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues, and work to improve data integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand business needs and requirements.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on data analysis techniques and tools.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data analysis processes and techniques.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Analytics, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Mathematics.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Actionable Insights.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Techniques, Such As Sql, Excel, And Statistical Software.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
