- Lead and manage the DevSecOps and UI aspects of software development projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevSecOps and UI processes.

- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of software engineers, specifically in the area of DevSecOps and UI.
- Collaborate with other teams within the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert in DevSecOps and UI and provide guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
Extensive Experience With Devsecops Principles And Best Practices: A Principal Software Engineer - Devsecops, Ui At Ally Financial Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Devsecops Methodologies And Be Able To Implement Them Effectively. This Includes Experience With Ci/Cd Pipelines, Automated Testing, And Secure Coding Practices.
Strong Background In Ui Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Front-End Development, With Expertise In Modern Javascript Frameworks Such As React Or Angular. They Should Also Have Experience With Html, Css, And Responsive Design Principles.
Proficiency In Security And Compliance: As A Principal Software Engineer - Devsecops, Ui, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security And Compliance Requirements In The Financial Industry. They Should Be Familiar With Industry Standards Such As Pci Dss And Have Experience Implementing Secure Coding Practices.
Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Will Involve Leading A Team Of Developers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. As Such, Strong Leadership And Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Position. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Experience With Cloud Technologies: Ally Financial Is Committed To Modernizing Its Infrastructure And Moving Towards Cloud-Based Solutions.
