- Develop and lead the implementation of data strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain data management policies, procedures, and standards
- Identify and analyze data management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data management capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data management processes are aligned with business needs and objectives
- Oversee data governance and data quality efforts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data
- Lead the development and maintenance of data architecture and data models
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of data management tools and systems
- Train and mentor team members on data management principles and best practices
- Monitor and report on data management performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry and regulatory changes related to data management and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance
