  2. Lead a team of cyber security professionals in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential cyber threats.
  3. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's systems and processes are secure.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new systems and applications.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  7. Monitor and analyze security incidents and develop incident response plans to minimize the impact of potential breaches.
  8. Conduct regular training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a culture of cyber security awareness and responsibility.
  9. Manage security incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify and address any underlying issues.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance the company's cyber security capabilities.
  11. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates on cyber security initiatives and recommendations.
